repfind ("we", "us", or "our") operates the repfind website and mobile application (the "Service"). This policy explains what the Service collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information We Collect

• Account data: If you create an account, Supabase stores your email address, authentication records, and saved My Haul products.
• Legacy analytics records: Earlier versions recorded search terms, result counts, product interactions, referral information, and broad device class. New browser analytics collection is disabled while access controls are hardened.
• Local preferences: Recent searches, currency, selected shopping agents, onboarding status, and guest haul items may be stored in your browser.
• AI search processing: Search text, recent search conversation context, and a session identifier may be sent to our search automation service to interpret a query. If that service is unavailable, search runs locally in your browser.

How We Use Information

• Provide, rank, and improve product-search results
• Save and sync My Haul for signed-in users
• Diagnose failures and prevent abuse
• Operate authentication and account features

Service Providers and External Links

We use Supabase for authentication, saved hauls, and product analytics, and an n8n-hosted search automation service to interpret some searches. These providers process data on our behalf and may process it outside your province or country.

Product buttons open third-party shopping agents such as KakoBuy, CNFans, and OopBuy. repfind does not process payments. Those services receive information according to their own privacy policies when you visit them.

Retention and Security

Local browser data remains until you clear it. Account, haul, and analytics records are retained only while reasonably needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service or meet legal obligations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

• Use search without creating an account.
• Clear recent searches, preferences, identifiers, and guest haul data through your browser's site-data controls.
• Request access to or deletion of your account and associated server-side data by contacting us.
• Stop further browser-based collection by no longer using the Service and clearing site data.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Service changes. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
